HESW: Crossing with a Demon Overlord

Jacob's Been hearing rumours about people selling they're souls to a demon, Jacob couldn't stand idly by and let this happen, after days of tracking down the whereabout of this "Demon", Jacob opens up the "Tunnel World Gate" to bring him to the place where this Demon was said to be, what he didn't expect was to be in what looked like an office, and looking at the desk and the large chair in-from of him, what he though was going to be a fearsome demon, was a woman... harmless even, but Jacob knew never underestimate his opponent.

But to the woman's surprise, it was almost like seeing a ghost or something, but a moment her expression fades, she introduce to him, she was "Cruxia, The Demon Overlord", but Jacob cut the introduction, asking about these deals she was making, and people selling there souls to her? And after awhile, he finds out what she's been doing with the souls, feeling a bit shocked, and anger, he quickly pulls out his "Razor Scythe" and chargers in at her...

I like how this one turned out, seeing the differences in style of clothing, abilities, and showing off Jacob's scythe of course, etc
I seen Cruxia's abilities, and there not that much different from Jacob's abilities, but why knows how this match will turn out in the end? Who will win? Who will lose? or is it a Draw?
